To start the new year off Candace and I are sending out promo postcards at the end of January. Here is the initial sketch I have for it. Our theme is Valentine's Day.
Below is the sketch with added trees. Not sure if they work or not. Any feedback is welcome. I'm trying to bring in different ethnics and ages plus some play with perspective. Thanks!

I like it better without the trees. I like the flow of the houses and I think the trees make it too busy. It's a lovely sketch, I especially like the kids reaching for the valentines as the birds carry them over. Just a penny's worth. :)
I love your use of perspective, and the composition of the scene!
I think I like it better without the trees too. At least with the winter gear on. The bottom one makes me think of a scene in Hawaii for some reason (maybe it's the green tree on the left), but then the characters would need to be dressed differently.
I think you've done a great job with bringing in different ethnicities and ages! You've got some really great bones to work with here! This is going to be a winner of a postcard!
