ReplyDeleteSara, I just had a look at your Etsy Shop and I was very undecided on which item I love more from yours, but than I come throgh this sketch with the fairy and I knew immediately it was it.

Probably the clean aspect of the pencil or the fact that you can see how the delicious face was built or maybe because it leaves space to fantasy, or all this together has hit me.

it's either 'sleeping angel with cat' or 'sleeping mermaid dreaming butterflies' - they're both lovely. though all your work conveys a sort of serene joy. I do like mermaids more than the other creatures.

Hmmmm, ok it is so hard to decide on a favourite!! I narrowed it down to three, in the end I decided to pick 'Snail Riding Fairy Painting Lilies in The Morning' 10 x 8 art print. I love this one and have since the first time I saw it :)
