A progress update on the piece. I decided to go with morning glories instead of clouds. To me morning glories symbolize early morning and thought they went with the little fairy. I don't paint enough flowers. :)
Great idea on the flowers, it's lovely how everything fist together like this! The transparency of the wings is amazing and also the pose of the girl is very successful!
Oh, and your painting of Poppy is so delightful! I can't stop admire her dress, I would like to have one like that in my wardrobe!!
